Started house sitting a few years back and it’s not for most people yet I enjoy it. It does get you out of a normal routine. It does make you appreciate home more. 

These are pics from my stay. 

This one was 13 nights. 

Biggest advice? 

Leave it cleaner then they left it. 

This rule will always get you call backs and referrals.

Urban Planter for The Sweetwater Community Garden

Renting a plot at the Sweetwater Community Garden in November. Seriously looking at getting this. 

I really think the metal will last longer then the wood type. We don't have an overhang in the garden to act as a protector. 

Definitely looking at starting an herb garden which I have to research to see what is good to plant in the winter months.

Life Hack with Pothos Plant and a Barn from Target

 

Want to talk about getting home from work and all you want to do it decorate a few sections of my loft? Well as I was carefully putting plants in areas I thought would help them thrive, I noticed my pothos plant had an unsightly, huge UPC sticker . Instead of whipping out goof off, I grabbed my wooden barn decor from TARGET and there you have it! An adorable area that doesn't appear to be look as if I'm actually being lazy. 

Drops of Youth Night Time Routine

 Trying new night time routine. l will try anything with the words youth and bouncy 😂👩‍🌾 Plus it’s only 2 steps. 😜

The foam wash feels like your putting a soft shaving cream all over your face. Once rinsed off - your face feels really clean. Added the overnight sleep mask . At first I felt the stickiness yet in the morning I could tell my aging skin soaked it up. I always give a new routine at least 3 months. If not, you can’t really see results. 

Try something, anything  for at least 3 months. See results instead of giving up, see the small wins in the craziness of life. Baby steps. Mini goals.

The Rachel Rose Rabbit Sanctuary 8.15.21

 Well friends. I’m naming my garden The Rachel Rose Rabbit Sanctuary. The Rabbits moved in without even paying rent and are eating all my food. They ate all my veggies. First time they left rabbit pellets. They ate my zucchini’s, my stevia plant, succulents and now my jalapeños peppers. That's where I draw the line. No one touches my peppers

Ugh. I’m so disappointed.

Dixieline Visit to see the pretties

My daughters, Mother in law Christina works at Dixieline Lumber. I visited today to check out the garden supply area. First time in a long time I didn’t buy plants. Shocking! It’s was nice to have a little getaway to talk, shop and come home with some goodies. 

Do you use misters? I think they are so cute and useful.

Taking inventory 24/7

Today was inventory stock day at job #2. Bought Mexican food on the way home . All I remember is eating then waking up in a daze with dried eye balls. My contacts took forever to come out! 😵‍💫Then it happened I realized took a 4.5 hour nap. Ugh. 

I’m laying here perusing social media not wanting to get up. I’m feeling lazy yet I should just feel like I’m recuperating. 

Tomorrow’s a new day to clean and straighten up, to hop on my Rachel Rose Mercantile Page. It doesn’t have to happen all in a day. 

It’s ok to sit still and relax. That’s what I keep telling myself. 😜

I’m looking at the Charcuterie board utensils kit I bought from Nina’s Pampered Chef Party.  It’s so cute and we are doing another Charuterie Board Night in Small Groups so I’m preparing.
