Made dinner. Using the other half of my pork roast.
Marinated for 24 hours. Seasoned with pepper, rosemary, dried red peppers and smoked paprika.
Cooked over oil on high. Topped with butter and rosemary. Click here the pretty stoneware

Added flour to the left over juices. Then poured over right before serving.
It’s so moist and delicious.
