Wildtree Crispy Chicken Blend with Rachel #473302

Wildtree Crispy Chicken Blend

How to Prepare
I pound boneless chicken breast
(Approximately 3 breasts)
2 eggs
1 packet Wildtree Crispy Blend

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F with a sheet pan inside. While the oven and sheet pan are heating , whisk the eggs and pour them on to a bowel. pour out the contents of the Crispy Chicken Blend packet on to a plate. Dip the chicken breast first  in the egg and then in the Crispy Chicken Blend . Remove the the hot sheet pan from the oven and lightly great a spot for the chicken breast. Place the chicken breasts on that spot , return the pan to the oven , and cook for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature of the chicken reaches at least 165 degrees F.

What's nice is the Crispy Chicken Blend Contains 2 packets to make the recipe twice!

Note: I ran out of eggs so I used mayonnaise and let me tell you the chicken was so tender! Have you ever cooked chicken with mayo?

Now the top  ingredient in The Crispy Chicken Blend is Organic Panko Bread Crumbs. Which is made with Organic Wheat Flour, Yeast, Organic Palm Oil and Salt. Other ingredients that caught my eye was Organic Evaporated Cane Juice!
Doesn't that sound different? It was delicious!

When was the last time you went to a potluck? I went to one  last night for our Women's Bible Study class yet struggled with what to make. I ended up up with basic cresent rolls and a pasta salad. What I remembered for next time was Pistachio Pudding! Yes, I'm going to start collecting the ingredients for next time! Totally yummy goodness!
